What is Wrong with the Canadian Legal System? Everything!
This post is based on my inside investigation of the Legal System that oppresses so many Canadians and has destroyed so many lives. During my 8.5+ years of first, illegal surveillance over much of Canada, and then baseless arrest, torture, fraudulent trials, and wrongful imprisonment, I gathered mountains of intelligence . I learnt from a CIA friend, that it was ex PM and bribe taker, Brian Mulroney who got the Toronto Police to silence me. In fact they orchesrated three attempts to murder me when wrongly imprisoned. I was not supposed to survive, but God inspired people saved me.
Let us start with the Canadian Police. My source here is a very successful, criminal defence lawyer whom I met in a Toronto Anglican Church soon after being relatively freed on Appeal Bail in 1995. After telling him about all the perjury and criminal acts of the Toronto Police in my case, I asked a simple question about police testimony generally in the Courts. I said, surely the RCMP are truthful in Court. His surprising response shocked me, and must have turned, my so highly decorated grandfather, Ernest Harris of the North West Mounted Police NWMP, over in his grave.
It begs the questions, how can Canadians, or even visitors to ever hope to get a fair trial, and how was this corrupted base of the Canadian Legal System allowed to be and continue unrectified? Later, I learned the true cause of this horrendous state of injustice.
During my wrongful 18 months of pretrial detention I naively filed a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission. A handsome, Black, former Toronto Police officer, Glen Morrison took my complaint, supposedly in good faith. He told me that the established Toronto Police Force had made his life hell, giving him no choice but to join the Free Masons, like most of the other members of the almost 7,000 officers of the Toronto Police. As some readers know, this secret society of men only, with their own pagan god Yabalon, requires members to lie for each other to shelter them from justice, and even commit serious crimes to deny justice. A British MP, George Galloway, tied to initiate legislation to force Police and others in the British Legal System to declare membership in the Free Masons, but failed. No Canadian MP or political party has had the courage to follow suit in this shamefully unjust county. It is next to impossible because so many lawyers, judges, and the media are controlled by the Free Masons. To wit, there was a media blackout on my horendous ordeal in the Toronto Courts, that is now 38 years old.
But why don't at least some defense lawyers and judges, who are only glorified lawyers, call foul about Police perjury in Court? The answer is that if they are not Free Masons, they live in fear, like so many people in Canada. There was once a very brave lawyer named Harry Kopyto, who was quoted as saying that, “The Canadian legal system is stuck together with crazy glue.” He challenged the truthfulness of Police testimony in Court until he was persecuted and silenced by the justice denying system. He helped me once to save the life, in part of the legal system enriching psychiatrists, of a survivor of the Auschwitz death camp, E.P.
So where the Nazis failed to murder this little old man, the Canadian legal system almost succeeded. Returning to ex Toronto Police officer, Glen Morrison after I was wrongly convicted, and being incredibly sent to the infamous maximum security Kingston Pen, he came to see me flashing his huge, gaudy Masonic ring. Of course, my complaint was denied by the useless Ontario Human Rights Commisson. But, he told me that Michael G. McLaughlan, who had betrayed my defense in Court, was also one of them, i.e. Free Masons.
Another important factor is how the miscreant Police gather embarassing or even criminal intelligence on lawyers before they are made judges by the corrupted government. Then, with this vital information shared with Prosecutors (only lawyers) they are able to steer judges away from delivering just verdicts. For example if a compromised lawyer, now a judge, is addicted to former clients who are prostitues, they get the sexiest female Prosecutors to seduce the judge with movements and speech sufficient to cause the judge to decide a case with his testicals and penus instead of using his brain and the letter of the law. A prime example of this will be exposed in my, as yet, unfinished book, The Beguiled Judge, non fiction like my Operation Ransac - Conspiracy.
Some Toronto and Peel Regional Police officers, who did not know who I was, told me that they were more afraid of their fellow officers than criminals. Then Const. Julia Kurmitis, who I dated, told how her Sgt. was trying to force her into having sex with him in order to get promoted. She told me more frightening problems she faced, but it is not for the public. Despite her suffering she reached the Staff Sgt rank before her so-called mysterious death in a car crash. Her name has been removed from the internet, but her colleagues fear the truth about her death.
